Torneo Internazionale di Baseball – Categoria Ragazzi

REGOLAMENTO “ Ragazzi “

1 - Modalità di partecipazione

Tutti gli atleti dovranno essere regolarmente tesserati presso la Federazione d’appartenenza e dovranno essere nati nel periodo che va dal 01.01.1998 al 31.12.2001.

Sono ammessi giocatori in prestito da altre società, gli stessi dovranno essere obbligatoriamente segnalati al comitato organizzatore (C.O.).

E’ obbligatorio che i ragazzi siano in regola con le visite mediche e che portino al seguito fotocopia del cartellino sanitario. L’elenco dei giocatori partecipanti completo di: nome; cognome; data di nascita e numero di casacca dovrà essere consegnato, a cura del Dirigente accompagnatore, al C.O. unitamente ai cartellini FIBS.

2 - Quota di partecipazione

La quota di partecipazione al Torneo dovrà essere versata, prima dell’inizio dello stesso, presso la sede della Società organizzatrice sita all’interno del campo sportivo E. Gaspardis, ad uno dei componenti del C.O. di cui al punto 12 di questo regolamento.

3 - Composizione delle squadre

Tutte le squadre dovranno essere composte da 13 giocatori; due tecnici, o un tecnico e un dirigente accompagnatore, per un totale di 15 persone per squadra.

4 - Svolgimento delle gare

Le squadre saranno divise in due gironi da 3 squadre. Le partite avranno la durata di 5 inning o il limite di tempo di un’ora e mezza, con cinque minuti al termine del tempo non si inizia una nuova ripresa. Al termine della prima fase le prime di ogni girone si affronteranno in intergirone con le seconda e terza dell’altro girone
Semifinali: al termine dell’intergirone la prima classificata di ogni girone affronterà la seconda dell’altro girone in semifinale,mentre le terze classificate dell’intergirone andranno direttamente alla finale per il 5 e 6° posto. Le vincenti delle due semifinali concorreranno per la finale 1°- 2° posto,mentre le perdenti per il 3°- 4° posto

Casi particolari

In caso di parità al termine delle partite a gironi, ed al fine di stilare le classifiche, si guarderà ai seguenti parametri di valutazione: esito scontro diretto; minor numero di punti subiti,maggior punti segnati in rapporto agli inning giocati. In caso del perdurare della parità si ricorrerà al sorteggio che avverrà a cura del C.O. ed alla presenza dei Dirigenti accompagnatori delle squadre coinvolte.

E’ ammessa la parità nella fase a gironi e intergirone ma non nelle semifinali e finali ove, nel verificarsi della situazione si giocherà il tie-break, ultimo eliminato dell’inning precedente in 2^ base.

5 - Squadra di casa

Per tutte le gare di qualificazione la squadra di casa sarà la prima menzionata nel calendario ufficiale del torneo. Per le partite di finali si procederà al sorteggio prima degli incontri.

6 - Arbitri

Gli arbitri saranno messi a disposizione dall’organizzazione.


7 - Lanciatori

Per l’utilizzo dei lanciatori si farà riferimento alle regole della International Little League con le seguenti modalità:

Lanciatori 75 lanci / giorno

Eccezione: se il lanciatore raggiunge il limite di lanci consentiti mentre sta affrontando un battitore, può continuare a lanciare fino a che il battitore raggiunga una base o venga eliminato. Il lanciatore deve inoltre rispettare le seguenti regole:

- se ha lanciato 46 o più lanci in un giorno: 2 giorni di calendario di riposo

- se ha lanciato da 21 a 45 lanci in un giorno: 1 giorno di calendario di riposo

- se ha lanciato da 1 a 20 lanci in un giorno: nessun riposo

Il controllo incrociato dei lanci è affidato ai manager delle due squadre con verifica del numero degli stessi al termine di ogni inning e consegna finale al C.O.

8 - Ricevitori

Un ricevitore potrà giocare in ogni incontro per un massimo di 3 inning. Il ricevitore sostituito potrà continuare a giocare in qualsiasi altro ruolo

9 - Materiali

Le mazze devono essere omologate con “Little League o Buw League, le palle ufficiali sono le Kenco C. Non sono ammessi spikes in metallo

10 - Responsabilità

L’organizzazione respinge ogni responsabilità derivante da eventuali incidenti prima durante e dopo lo svolgimento del torneo. Gli atleti dovranno essere “sempre” sorvegliati dagli accompagnatori.

11 - Ospitalità

Le squadre provenienti da fuori regione e/o fuori Italia saranno ospitate presso la palestra Comunale di Ronchi dei Legionari, la stessa sarà attrezzata con delle brande complete di materasso, al fine di aver e il maggior conforto si richiede di attrezzarsi con sacchi a pelo e/o materassini gonfiabili.

La colazione ed i pasti, offerti dalla Società organizzatrice, saranno serviti presso il Campo sportivo E. Gaspardis di Ronchi dei Legionari.

12 – Riunione tecnica

Giovedì 26.8.10 alle ore 21:00 in sede dei New Black Panthers presso lo stadio E. Gaspardis sara’ tenuta la riunione tecnica.

REGULATIONS " Boys "

1 - Entering rules
All the athletes must regularly be enroll near the Federation of affiliation and you/they must have been born in the period that has gone since 01.01.1998 to 31.12.2001.

Players are admitted in loan by other societies, the same must obligatorily be signal organizer to the committee (C.O.).

And' obligatory that the boys are in order with the medical visits and that they bring photocopy of the sanitary label to the succession. The players' list participants, complete of: name; last name; date of birth and number of jacket you/he/she must be delivers, edited by the Executive companion, to the C.O. together to the labels FIBS.

2 - Subscription fee
The quota of share to the Tournament will have to be versed, before the beginning of the same, near the center of the Society organizer inside the field sporting E. Gaspardis, to one of the components of the C.O. of which to the point 12 of this rule.

3 - composition of the teams
All the teams will have to be composed from 13 players; two technicians or a technician and an executive companion, for a total of 15 people for team.

4 - Course of the game
The Teams will be divided into two groups of 3 teams. The matches will last 5 innings or time limit of one hour and a half, five minutes after the time you begin a new revival. At the end of the first stage the first of each group will face “intergirone” with the second and third the other group.Semifinals: after the “intergirone “ the first teams of each group will face the second round in the other semifinal, while third-placed “intergirone” will go directly to the final for the 5th and 6th place. The winners of the two semifinals will compete for the final 1° - 2nd place, while the losers for 3rd - 4th place

Special cases

In case of ties after the matches in groups, and to compile the rankings, you look at the following metrics: successful direct confrontation; fewest points conceded, most points scored in relation to the innings played. In case of continued equality will be used in the draw which will take place by the CO and the presence of managers accompanying the teams involved.E 'permitted equality in the group stage and intergirone but not in the semifinals and finals where, in the occurrence of the situation will play the tiebreaker, the last previous inning eliminated in 2nd base.

5 – home team
For all the competitions of qualification the team of house will be the first one mentioned in the official calendar of the tournament. For the games of endings he will proceed to the drawing before the meetings.

6 - Umpire
The arbiters will have made from the organization available.

7 - pitchers
For the use of the pitchers he will make reference to the rules of the International Little League with the following formalities:

Pitcher 75 pitch by day

Exception:
if the pitcher reaches the limit of allowed throwing while you/he/she is facing a batter, you/he/she can keep on launching up to that the batter reaches a base or is eliminated. The pitcher has besides to respect the following rules:

- if you/he/she has launched 46 or more throwing in one day: 2 calendar days of rest

- if you/he/she has launched from 21 to 45 throwing in one day: 1 calendar day of rest

- if you/he/she has launched from 1 to 20 throwing in one day: any rest

The crossooting of the throwing is submitted to the managers of the two teams with verification of the number of the same at the end of every inning and final delivery to the C.O.

8 - Catcher
A receiver can play in every meeting for a maximum of 3 innings. The replaced receiver can keep on playing in any other role.

9 - material
The clubs must be confirm with "Little League or Buw League, the official balls are the “Kenco C”. they are not admitted spikes in metal

10 - responsibility
The organization rejects every consequential responsibility from possible accidents first during and after the carrying out of the tournament. The athletes will have to be "always" guarded by the companions.

11 - hospitality
The teams coming from out region e/o out Italy you/they will be entertained near the Town gym of Ronchi dei Legionari, the same one will be equipped with some complete cots of mattress, with the purpose to have and the most greater comfort is asked for to equip him with sacks to hair e/o inflatable materassini.

The breakfast and the meals, offered by the Society organizer, you/they will have served near the Field sporting E. Gaspardis of Ronchi dei Legionari.

12 - Technical meeting
26.8.10 at 21:00 at the New Black Panthers at the stadium E. Gaspardis will 'seal the technical meeting.
